356 Cuci Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for All Malaysian Members

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "356 Cuci", "Platform", "We" or "Company" refers to the operator of the website 356cuci.bet and all services provided through it.
• "Member", "You" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered for or is using the 356 Cuci platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a member on the 356 Cuci platform.

• The member has failed to comply with an identity verification request within the stipulated timeframe.
• There is a directive from a legal authority or regulatory body.

10.2 Effects of Termination

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, the balance in that account may be forfeited. If termination is for other reasons (such as at the member's own request), any eligible balance will be returned once all reviews have been completed.
